Rampuri Asil Brood Cock

Some words for our Rampuri Asil Lines

Our Rampuri Asil brood cock is a throwback dard red with
black feathered  body.  We have acquired  him from a known
breeder in Louisiana, USA.   All his four full brothers were
also imported by a filipino breeder, all   authentic solid
black color.

This strain has been with the source farm for more than
three decades.   They been using this mainly for asil grading
and never fought in naked heel. These are the small type
medium to low station asils. They seldom sell their
asil breeds.

We have kept and bred this strain for ten (10) years
and already have flooded our yard with various asil graded
gladiators.

We have fought some of our asil grades at 1/2 blood
infusion in long knife competition and so far we're winning !

We may say we have originated our own families of rampuri asil
which we refer to as our New Generation Asils or JW Asils

While other asil breeders prefers to select brood materials
with a more asil looking features, we do the other way around,
we prefer a finer and western looking body conformation and
comouflaging as much as possible the asil blood, this is
the selection technique we used in our asil grading

Comparing our new generation asil body conformation to
that of our original rampuri asil brood cock, it has more stream
line bone structure, higher in station and much, much quicker
and more athletic in look ! See and compare the picture
of our original imported rampuri asil with that of our
new generation asils.

Presently we are maintaining four families of our
new generation asils namely;

1.  Rampuri Asil-Hatch Family
7/8 rampuri asil 1/8 doc robinson grade

2.  Rampuri Asil-Lemon Family
    3/4 rampuri asil 1/4 lemon84 grade

3.  Rampuri Asil-Lacy Roundhead Family
1/2 rampuri asil 1/2 lacy roundhead grade

4.  Cecil Davis Kelso Family
1/4 Rampuri asil 3/4 Cecil Davis kelso

These families are kept and maintained as brood materials
but can be fought pure at that compositions. They are more
superb fighters when they are downgraded further by
one scale down or up to 1/8th ratio.

weigh 2.0 kgs. not bad for an asil family!

A product of our intense asil breeding and pit
testing ! six (6) full years in the making !

Good body  conformation is one criteria in the
creation of our asil families !

Phenotype is one major consideration for brod
material selection!

Most asil strain tend to grow oversize for long
knife competition,  rearing them is another big
challenge!

Slim,   long and  proportional shank is one of the
advantage  of our the new generation asil which
signifies  speed and these are   present in all of
our new generation families !

Cutting  accuracy,  speed and  gameness can be
seen in all of our new generation asils !
